Close to beaches - a recently built 3 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse duplex (on 2 levels), with splendid terraces and excellent views to the sea and Sierra Bermeja.

 Several pools within the landscaped grounds, plus Club house on site with spa, bar/restaurant, golf driving range, indoor and outdoor pools .

Just West of Estepona, near to the small seaside town of Sabinillas, Puerto de la Duquesa, the hill villages of Manilva and Casares plus the nearby golf courses.

Ideal for those who enjoy the sun, it has a roof terrace with 4 sunloungers and panoramic views, two more terraces face the Mediterranean and another terrace faces the nearest pool and mountains. There are 3 bedrooms, the master being en suite, two further twin bedrooms and 2 shower rooms (one on each level).

The good sized  living room has 2 sofas, a dining table, TV and there are patio doors which lead onto the lower terrace. Here there is a large table and chairs for dining al fresco, with an excellent view of the sea.

There is a well equipped kitchen with all you would require and a utility room with a washing machine.

There are various swimming pools to enjoy, one with its own pool bar. The Country Club is also within the grounds with its own swimming pool, restaurant, spa & gym facilities. A golf practice area is also available.

Parking is available outside the apartment ot in the basement garage.

The local area
Located near to the small coastal towns of Sabinillas and Puerto de la Duquesa marina, some 6km west of the thriving and sought after seaside town of Estepona. Inland lies the picturesque hill village of Casares and golf courses abound.

Fashionable Puerto Banús and Marbella are 20/25 minutes drive. Malaga's exceptionally welll served airport is about 50 minutes via the splendid Mediterranean motorway and Gibraltar about 25 minutes.

Other places of interest within easy striking distance include: Ronda, Benahavís, Mijas, and many of "the white villages".  Within a couple of hours are the historic cities of Seville, Cadiz, Cordoba and Granada and the snow ski resort of the Sierra Nevada. 

Andalucia cries out to be explored with its rolling countryside, olive and citrus groves, mountains and Europe´s most Southerly snow ski resort in the Sierra Nevada, less than 2 hours drive away. Add to this historic cities like Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz and so many more, plus the Mediterranean and Atlantic beaches and you will need to visit more than once!

Golfers are spoilt for choice - with some 60 courses to choose from. Other sports and recreational pursuits are equally well catered for - or just relax with a glass of Rioja, enjoy the climate all year round and watch the world stroll by.
