Located in this prestigious area of the original ´Golden Mile`, near to the Hotels Puente Romano and the new NH Alanda, this Town House is in a small exclusive complex, so convenient for both Marbella and Puerto Banus. 

Just on the outskirts, a pleasant 15 minute walk along the delightful beachside walkway, into fashinable Marbella which offers great shopping, restaurants and the narrow pedestrianised streets of the historical Old Town. The beaches are excellent and the promenade stretches for miles.

A 5 minute drive will take you to the millionaire playground that is Puerto Banus, this is the place to be pampered and see the fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. Try the nightlife at a choice of alfesco bars, piano clubs and nightclubs whilst this is also a shoppers paradise with several of the worlds renowned fashion houses.

A 10 minute drive away is the unpretentious town of San Pedro, here you will find traditional shops, sidewalk cafes and excellent tapas bars.
